Pursuant to Section 33 of the Public Lands Law, the Office of General Services hereby gives notice to the following:

Notice is hereby given that the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities has determined 10887 Temple Road in the Town of Dunkirk, Chautauqua County, New York State, an unimproved building site, with tax identifier Section 95.02, Block 1, Lot 14 as surplus and no longer useful or necessary for state program purposes, and has abandoned the property to the Commissioner of General Services for sale or other disposition as unappropriated state land.

Negative Declaration

Chautauqua County - The Town of Portland Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of Comprehensive Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of an updated Comprehensive Plan. The project is located throughout the Town of Portland, New York.

Erie County - The New York State Department of Transportation (NYS DOT), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Replacement of Harlem Road (NYS Route 240) Bridge over Buffalo River and the Road Reconstruction will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the replacement of the existing 105 year old bridge with a new bridge that is expected to provide a 75 year service life. Included in this project is the reconstruction of Harlem Road between Clinton and Mineral Springs, as well as curbed shoulders, snow storage, sidewalks and enclosed drainage on each side of the roadway. Reconstruction would allow profile adjustments to improve drainage in the surrounding areas. The project is located on Road (NYS Route 240) in the Towns of West Seneca and Cheektowaga, New York.

Erie County - The Town of Cheektowaga, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed 135 Buell Road - Office Warehouse Building will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the redevelopment of a vacant 8.6 ± acre parcel formerly utilized for warehousing/distribution. The project includes the construction of a new 100,035 square foot office/warehouse building with accessory parking, loading and docking facilities. The project is located at 135 Buell Road the Town of Cheektowaga, New York.
