Negative Declaration

Chautauqua County - The Town of Dunkirk Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Bennett Road Water District Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the installation of 10,700 linear foot of 8 inch PVC water main and appurtenances along Bennett Road, Chadwick Drive and a portion of Williams Street to address inadequate fire flows in the existing water system. Currently, the streets are serviced with 80 year old ± cast iron water main that have resulted in a loss of main capacity and therefore decreased fire flow. The new main will be installed within the existing right-of-way. The project is located along Bennett Road from NYS Thruway to Ice Cream Drive, Chadwick Drive and a portion of Williams Street in the Town of Dunkirk, New York.

Erie County - The City of Buffalo Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Westmont of Buffalo will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the demolition of an existing 60,000 square foot vacant nursing home structure and the construction of a new 90,000 square foot assisted living and memory care facility. The three to four story structure will have 94 assisted living suites and 29 memory care beds. The project is located at 271-291 North Street in the City of Buffalo, New York.

Erie County - The City of Buffalo Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed 810 Main Street Renovation will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the renovation of two buildings and the demolition of an existing one story concrete warehouse/garage to be replaced with a new four story residential building. Fifteen (15) apartments will be located in the new building while three (3) apartments will be located in the existing. The project is located in the local Allentown Historic District at 810 Main Street in the City of Buffalo, New York.

Erie County - The City of Buffalo Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Rosanna Elizabeth Visual & Performing Arts Center will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the reuse of a vacant church into a performing arts practice and performance space with some office space. A two story addition that will house mechanical equipment will be at the rear of the structure. The project is located at 467 Richmond Avenue in the City of Buffalo, New York.

Erie County - The City of Buffalo Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed AP Lofts Apartments will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the renovation of the Former Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company building into 147 residential apartments. An attached non-historic one (1) story building will be demolished for parking and green space. The project is located at 545 Swan Street in the City of Buffalo, New York.

Erie County - The City of Buffalo Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed 1360 Niagara Street Renovation will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the renovation of an existing four (4) story, 80,000 square foot commercial building currently used for office and warehouse space into residential uses with 51 apartments. An attached one (1) story commercial building will be renovated into space for commercial or retail uses. The project is located at 1360 Niagara Street in the City of Buffalo, New York.
