Project Title: Town of Webb

Location: Joy Tract Road in the Town of Webb, New York.

Project Description: The action involves the construction of a 675,000 gallon concrete water tank to replace a 500,000 gallon steel tank constructed in 1982. The water tank serves the municipal Old Forge-Thendara Water District.


Negative Declaration

Jefferson County - The Village of Deferiet, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Wastewater Collection and Treatment Facilities Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves improvements to the existing wastewater treatment facility including a new influent pump station, new non-mechanical screen, new generator and transfer switch, rebuilt blowers, new chemical feed pumps, new control system, new sludge tank supernatant pump system, tree removal over the outfall, old influent structure and clarifier work, clarifier motor replacement, and clarifier inspection and equipment repair/replacement. The project is located at the end of Riverside Drive in the Village of Deferiet, New York.

Jefferson County - The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (NYS OPRHP), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Cedar Point State Park Recreation Hall Rehabilitation and Bath House Addition will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the rehabilitation the existing Recreation Hall, repairing the roof and the interior of the building, repointing the exterior masonry, and rehabilitating the interior bathrooms to meet American with Disabilities Act (ADA) Accessibility. It involves constructing an addition to the Recreation Hall to provide six new bathrooms to service the nearby campsites. The building addition will be 1,599 square feet in size and the footprint is approximately 44 foot x 53 foot in a "T" shaped configuration. The project will also install new concrete sidewalks and access to the beach and a 20 foot x 30 foot parking area for three - ADA parking spaces. The 150 foot long driveway/walkway to the Recreation Hall will be re-aligned and surfaced with concrete. This project will enhance the public facilities of the park for the visiting public. The project is located in the Cedar Point State Park at 36661 Cedar Point State Park Drive in Clayton, New York.
