A Notice of Complete Application was published in the Environmental Notice Bulletin on April 20, 2016 at: with the comment period ending May 5, 2016. Due to public interest in the permit application and pursuant to the Uniform Procedures Act (UPA) Regulations, 6 NYCRR Section 621.14(a), an extension of the public comment period has been granted until May 19, 2016. Negative Declaration

Albany County - The State University of New York (SUNY) Polytechnic Institute, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Student Housing and Parking Expansion Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a 750 space parking structure with a building footprint of 50,000 square feet and having 6 levels of parking. On top of that 750 space parking structure ,two stories will been enclosed but not finished as no specific use has been determined for this space. The project traffic increases will have no significant impact on the operation of the roundabout at Tri-Centennial Drive and Fuller Road. The project will result an increase of potable water use of an estimated 14,300 gallons per day and the generation of domestic sewage in the amount of approximately 14,300 gallons per day. Storm water will be recharged to the ground water using porous asphalt pavement, subsurface infiltration galleries and methods consistent with the Green Infrastructure requirements of New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (SPDES) General Permit #0-15-002. The project is located at 251 Fuller Road in the City of Albany, New York.

Positive Declaration

Columbia County - The Town of Germantown Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Dollar General Subdivision and Site Plan may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves a proposed 9,100 square foot retail store, a 38 car parking lot, stormwater detention and bio-retention areas, lighting, signage, a loading area, and landscaping associated with the project. The action is proposed within the Town of Germantown Scenic Viewshed Overlay Zoning District and New York State's Mid-Hudson Historic Shorelands Scenic District. The project is located on State Route 9G near Main Street in the Town of Germantown, New York.
