Negative Declaration

Albany County - The City of Albany Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Green Innovation Grant Program for Ida Yarbrough Low-Rise Redevelopment will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The Ida Yarbrough Low-Rise Redevelopment project received a Negative Declaration on September 22, 2015, and had a prior ENB publication that did not include the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation (NYS EFC) Green Innovation Grant Program work. The site subsequently received an NYS EFC Grant award to add Green Roofs, Bioretention and other green practices as part of this Ida Yarbrough Low Rise Homes Redevelopment and new construction project. The 9.25 acre site includes three tax parcels located at 252 North Pearl Street, 93 Livingston Street Rear and 93 aka 95 Livingston Street in the City of Albany, New York.

Montgomery County - The Village of Saint Johnsville, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvement Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. This project calls for the replacement of the Grit Screw, three pumps, and associated equipment to comply with the Village's SPDES Permit. The project is located on Marina Drive in the Village of Saint Johnsville, New York.
