Location: NYS Route 9N in the Towns of Elizabethtown and Westport, New York.

Project Description: A three lot subdivision involving wetlands to create an 18.7 acre building lot south of NYS Route 9N, a 15.8 acre building lot north of NYS Route 9N and a 6 acre deed restricted non-building lot north of NYS Route 9N. The 6 acre deed restricted non-building lot is the entire portion of the project site located east of the Black River in the Town of Westport and is entirely wetland.


Negative Declaration

Saratoga County - The Town of Halfmoon Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Paar Estates of Halfmoon Planned Development District (PDD) will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the enactment of Local Law #1-2016 creating the Paar Estates of Halfmoon PDD, a proposed residential development consisting of 130 residential units in 65 twin home buildings on approximately 83.2 acres. The total acreage of physical disturbance will be approximately 48.9 acres. The project will utilize public water and public sewer, with on-site stormwater management and the use of existing on and off site drainage ways. The project is located on the north side of Farm to Market Road, east of Pruyn Hill Road and west of Farm to Market Road and NYS Route 146 intersection in the Town of Halfmoon, New York.

Washington County - The Town of Easton, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Moy Minor Resubdivision #01-16 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposal to subdivide an existing parcel into 2 separate parcels. Lot 1 would consist of 90.68 acres and Lot 4 would have 22 acres with the existing family residence. The project is located on the west and east side of County Route 113 in the Town of Easton, New York.
