Negative Declaration

Dutchess County - The Village of Red Hook, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Village of Red Hook Sewer Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the establishment of a municipal sewer system, including the acquisition of an existing privately-owned wastewater treatment plant, expansion of the wastewater treatment plant, construction of approximately 7,000 linear feet of collection pipes, septic tanks, laterals and property access, approval by the Village Red Hook of multiple Village assessment areas, adoption of a wellhead protection program, adoption of a wellhead protection program, adoption of a sewer use ordinance and the issuance of obligations and acceptance of grants to fund the improvements. The project is located throughout the Village of Red Hook, new York.

Orange County - The City of Middletown, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed 1.0 MG and 2.0 MG Water Tank Construction will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a 1.0 Million Gallon water storage tank near Mountain Avenue and a 2.0 Million Gallon water storage tank adjacent to the City of Middletown's Water Treatment Facility, both locations are in the City of Middletown, New York.
