Negative Declaration

Suffolk County - The Town of Islip Industrial Development Agency, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Suffolk County Industrial LLC will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the renovation of approximately 400,000 square feet of industrial space. The project is located at 1724 Fifth Avenue in Bay Shore, Town of Islip, New York.

Suffolk County - The Southold Town Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Verizon Wireless at East Marion Fire District will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves an amended application of Verizon Wireless for the co-location of an interior mounted antenna within the concealment cylinder between 90 foot and 100 foot above ground level of the approved 110 foot antenna support structure/tower with a diesel generator, associated ground equipment and additional landscaping behind the existing firehouse. There are 9,800 ± square foot of existing buildings including the main firehouse and associated accessory structures, all on 3.1 acres in the R-40 and Hamlet Business Zoning District. The project is located at 9245 NYS Route 25 in East Marion, Town of Southold, New York.

Positive Declaration

Nassau County - The Planning Board of the Incorporated Village of North Hills, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Manhasset Crest 46 Lot Residential Subdivision may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves a request for a subdivision approval for a 30.43 acre vacant property located at 251 Searingtown Road in the Village of North Hills, New York, to accommodate 46 lots for single-family dwellings including one clubhouse lot. The vacant property currently contains structures from the former St. Ignatius Jesuit Retreat Center.
