The applicant has requested a modification to the issued permit ID#7-3154-00117 for construction of a single-family 24'x40' residence within a Class 2 State-regulated Freshwater Wetland Adjacent Area (OTV-11) along the shore of Green Lake in Tully, NY. Modifications to the plans require 20 cu yds of clean fill to be added to the Adjacent Area for site grading.

State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination:

Cultural resource lists and maps have been checked. The proposed activity is not in an area of identified archaeological sensitivity and no known registered, eligible or inventoried archaeological sites or historic structures were identified or documented for the project location. No further review in accordance with SHPA is required.

Coastal Management:

This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.

Project Description:

Burt Goodnough's Marina East has applied for a permit to allow maintenance dredging within its docking facility. Erosion and sediment controls will be used to prevent turbid discharge from entering the water course. Dredge spoils will be deposited and secured upland of any regulated freshwater wetlands. An additional 2' by 16' open pile dock will be built expanding the facility to allow dockage for 24 boats. The facility is located adjacent to Route 3 along c(ts) class Skinner Creek.
