Negative Declaration

Saratoga County - The Town of Saratoga, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local Law 1 of 2016 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of a Local Law to amend the Code of the Town of Saratoga, NY by adding a new Section 400-8.15 which prohibits the parking or outside storage of commercial vehicles, construction related equipment or construction materials, other than a commercial pickup truck or a compact tractor, on premises in the Rural District 2 and Lake Residential zoning districts, except during the active loading or unloading of merchandise, or the active performance of a commercial service for the premises, or in conjunction with a permitted construction project. No environmental resources will be affected In the municipality. The project is located throughout the Town of Saratoga, New York.

The action involves the adoption of a Local Law to amend the Code of the Town of Saratoga, NY by increasing the penalties for zoning law violations to correspond with current New York State Town Law. No environmental resources will be affected in the municipality. The project is located throughout the Town of Saratoga, New York.

Warren County - The Warrensburg Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Lotus Group Office Conversion will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposal by the applicant for site plan approval of Planning Board to convert existing industrial building to professional office building. The project is located at 101 River Street in the Town of Warrensburg, New York.
