Project Description:

The applicant proposes to construct a 600'L trail through a Class I wetland (D-17) and replace two existing 5'W wooden bridges over Kelly Brook (Class D) for private use. The trail will be composed of 3 sections of 5'W boardwalk totaling 225' in length and 3 sections of 4"D x 5'9"W crushed stone (26.63 cu/yds) totaling 375' in length. The applicant also proposes to finish a 380'L trail, composed of a 4"D x 5'9"W x 340'L section of crushed stone (24.14 cu/yds) and a 5'W x 40'L section of boardwalk, that runs through the adjacent area and wetland. The project is located at 2226 St Rte 3 in Cadyville, Clinton Co.

The applicant has proposed an expansion of their existing sand and gravel mine located on the west side of State Route 29, approximately 0.5 miles west of the Hamlet of Rockwood. The proposed expansion will increase the affected area by +/- 4.8 acres and result in a total Life of Mine of +/- 9.8 acres. All mine operations will be conducted in accordance with the Mined Land Use Plan prepared for the site.

Project Description:

The applicant has proposed the rehabilitation of the former boat docking facility at the Bay Shore Tropic Hut & Marina, located at 550 Union Avenue on Saratoga Lake. The existing docks will be replaced with floating docks held in place by pre-cast concrete anchor blocks installed on the lakebed. The new marina will provide dockage for as many as 109 boats measuring, on average, 20' - 30' in length. All docks will be located away from the established navigation channel which passes under the Route 9P bridge.

Project Description:

The applicant has proposed the placement of rocks and cobbles along +/- 475 feet of their existing shoreline on the West side of Saratoga Lake to stabilize the shoreline and prevent further erosion. Multiple sets of rock steps will be incorporated into the shoreline to allow access to the lake and existing docks. Native shrubs will be planted along the shoreline to provide further erosion protection.
