Negative Declaration

Suffolk County - The East Hampton Town Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed ARF Expansion Plan / Special Permit will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves an application to expand the existing ARF pet adoption center. The project is located in the A5 Residence / Water Recharge Overlay District on a 22.54 acre parcel on Daniel's Hole Road in the Town of East Hampton, New York.

Suffolk County - The Village of Shoreham Board of Trustees, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of a Master Plan and Enactment of Zoning Code and Zoning Map will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of a plan in accordance with Village law Section 7-722 and updating the Village Zoning Regulation and Zoning District map. The project is located throughout the Village of Shoreham, New York.
