Negative Declaration

Westchester County - The Village of Irvington Board of Trustees, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Amendment to Irvington Code, Sections 224-17(d) through (G) (Multifamily Housing) will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves amendments to the definitions section of the Zoning Code and the Multifamily Residence District (MF) regulations, Article VI of the Zoning Code, to permit attached one-family dwellings as a principal permitted use and to modify the coverage, building separation, and parking requirements. The project is located throughout the Village of Irvington, New York.

Ulster County - The Town of Marbletown Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Two-Lot Subdivision of Lands will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a Two-Lot Minor Subdivision Application which would create proposed Lot 1 consisting of 3.7 acres with existing single-family dwelling and Parcel 2 consisting of 40.7 acres from an existing parcel with a total area of 44.5 acres owned by Rappa Family Limited Partnership. The project is located at 902 Berme Road in High Falls, Town of Marbletown, New York.
