Negative Declaration

Saratoga County - The Town of Northumberland Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Verizon Wireless-Gansevoort-Unmanned Wireless Communications Facility will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a zoning amendment from the Town Board for a Telecommunication Development District and a Telecommunication Siting Permit from the Planning Board. The project is located at 5 Blue Heron Terrace in the Town of Northumberland, New York.

Saratoga County - The City of Saratoga Springs Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Oak Ridge Conservation Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the development of Phase 2, the final phase of the Oak Ridge Subdivision. The project proposes to develop 72 additional single family lots of varying sizes which will complete the existing road system developed in Phase 1 as a traditional neighborhood with central green space. Also included is the extension of municipal water and sanitary sewer which will be owned and maintained by Saratoga County Sewer District No. 1. The project is located at 23 Dyer Switch Road in the City of Saratoga Springs, New York.
