Project Description:

The applicant is proposing to install 20,500 feet of new 2 inch diameter residential natural gas service lines to homes located near the northeast corner of Honeoye Lake. A portion of the line will be directionally drilled to limit impacts to the regulated wetland and adjacent area. Additionally, the new lines will run along the south side of Mountain View drive, which is located within portions of the regulated 100 feet wetland (HO-4) adjacent area. A Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan has been developed.

Project Description:

The applicant proposes to construct an 11,200 square foot metal warehouse addition to their existing 8,400 square foot metal and masonry building located at 7330 State Route 251 in the Town of Victor. Additional asphalt pavement areas will be constructed to accommodate a loading dock for the new installation. A portion of asphalt pavement area located along the south side of the property is located within a 100-foot adjacent area of State Wetland (VT-2) requiring an Article 24 Freshwater Wetlands permit. As a tentative determination, the Department seeks comments proper to making a final decision.
