Negative Declaration

Monroe County - The Board of Education of the East Irondequoit Central School District, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed 2015 Capital Improvement Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the rehabilitation and construction at all of the District's six (6) school campuses in the Town of Irondequoit, New York. The improvements and renovations proposed in the 2015 CIP are summarized as follows:

  • Athletic field reconfigurations and improvements at many of the school campuses, including conversion of a grass baseball field into an artificial turf multi-purpose field at the high school;
  • Building additions, including a small expansion to the library at Ivan Green Primary;
  • Bus loop and parking improvements;
  • Outdoor building and parking lot lighting improvements
  • Interior repair, renovations, classroom reorganizations, and improvements.

Monroe County - The Penfield Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed 2775 Penfield Road - Heganovic Residence will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves an application by Peter Romeo, 309 Canterbury Road, Rochester, New York 14607, on behalf of Jasmin Heganovic, requests under Article IX-9-2 of the Code for Preliminary and Final Site Plan review to construct a single family residence with associated site improvements on 0.46 ± acres located at 2775 Penfield Road in the Town of Penfield, New York. The property is now or formerly owned by Jasmin Heganovic, and is zoned Rural Agricultural District (RA-2).
