The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application from The Kearney Realty & Development Group Inc. for a site known as the Queen City Lofts, site ID #C314125. This site is located in the City of Poughkeepsie, within the County of Dutchess, and is located at 178-182 Main Street and 11 South Bridge Street. Comments regarding this application must be submitted no later than October 16, 2015. A copy of the application and other relevant documents are available at the document repository located at the Poughkeepsie Public Library District, 93 Market Street, Poughkeepsie. The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) has received a Petition to delist the Beekman Town Garage site from the New York State Registry of Inactive Hazardous Waste Disposal Site. The site is located on Beekman Poughquag Road in the Town of Beekman, Dutchess County.

Negative Declaration

Rockland County - The Town Board of the Town of Tuxedo, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Preliminary Plan and Special Permit Amendments for Tuxedo Farms (formerly know as Tuxedo Reserve) will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves minor amendments to previously issued Preliminary Plan and Special Permit approvals in connection with a Planned Integrated Development project. The project is generally bordered by Warwick Brook Road on the north, County Route 84 on the west, County Route 72 and Eagle Valley Road on the south and State Route 17 on the east primarily located within the Town of Tuxedo, New York with approximately 40 acres in the Village of Sloatsburg, New York.
