Public Notice

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application from AIM Recycling Alabama LLC for a site known as the 800 Hiawatha Boulevard West, site ID #C734083. This site is located in the City of Syracuse, within the County of Onondaga, and is located at 800 Hiawatha Boulevard West. Comments regarding this application must be submitted no later than September 4, 2015. A copy of the application and other relevant documents are available at the document repository located at Onondaga County Public Library - White Branch, Reference Librarian, 763 Butternut Street, Syracuse, NY 13208. Negative Declaration

Broome County - The Binghamton Planning Commission, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed 211 Washington St (The Garage Eatery & Bar) will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the renovation and conversion of an existing one-story former auto repair shop into a full-service restaurant and beer garden. The project is located at 211 Washington Street in the City of Binghamton, NY 13901.

Broome County - The Binghamton Planning Commission, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed 19-25 Chenango St (Printing House Apartments) will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the rehabilitation and conversion of three existing commercial/office buildings, within a historic district, into multi-unit dwellings with 114 units and a total of 275 bedrooms. The project is located at 19-25 Chenango Street in the City of Binghamton, NY 13901.
