Negative Declaration

Onondaga County - The Village of Liverpool Board of Trustees, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local Law D-2015 - A Local Law to Amend Chapter 380 (Zoning) of the Code of the Village of Liverpool Relating to Professional Residential Offices will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the enactment of a local law to amend Chapter 380 (Zoning) of the Code of the Village of Liverpool to remove provisions relating to Professional Residential Offices in the Village so as to clarify that such uses will be treated as home occupations. The project is located throughout the Village of Liverpool, New York.

Oswego County - The Town of Sandy Creek Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Comprehensive Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the Adoption of a Town Comprehensive Plan. The project is located throughout the Town of Sandy Creek, New York.

Tompkins County - The Town of Lansing Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Cayuga Farms Townhomes Site Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of 102 dwelling units contained in 21 separate buildings. The project is to be located on a 29.2 acre parcel that is Zoned R2 (Residential=Moderate Density). Also included is proposed an on site Waste Water Disposal System "Package Plant" as manufactured by ORENCO Systems, Inc. The development is included within the Bolton Point Water Plant District. Included is a SWPPP and on site storm water retention, walking paths, parking and access driveways, landscaping and playground areas. The project is located on North Triphammer Road in the Town of Lansing, New York.
