The applicant proposes to renew the existing solid waste management facility permit to operate a yard waste composting facility that process up to 42,000 cubic yards of yard waste per year and modify the permit to accept and process other wastes. The proposed modification includes the acceptance of up to 25,000 tons per year of municipal solid waste, 4,000 tons per year of recyclables, and 5,000 tons per year of construction and demolition waste.
