The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application from TP Echo Bay LLC for a site known as the City DPW Yard and Former Armory, site ID #C360101. This site is located in the City of New Rochelle, within the County of Westchester, and is located at 224-270 Main Street. Comments regarding this application must be submitted no later than June 19, 2015. This site is located in the Town of Ossining, within the County of Westchester, and is located at 32 Belle Avenue and Belle Avenue. Comments regarding this application must be submitted no later than June 19, 2015. Negative Declaration

Orange County - The Town of Wallkill Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Cross-View Realty 36 Lot Residential Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a 36 lot residential subdivision of vacant lands in the form of a cluster subdivision, which groups the dwellings closer together and preserves the remaining open space via a conservation easement. Each dwelling will be served by an individual well and septic. The development is consistent with the surrounding pattern of development. The project is located on Scotown Collarbar Road in the Town of Wallkill, New York.

Notice of Acceptance of Final EIS

Westchester County - The Town of Cortlandt Planning Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Hanover Estates. The Final EIS is available from the Town of Cortlandt Planning Division Office, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt; the John C. Hart Memorial Library, Shrub Oak, NY 10588 and on line at: www.townofcortlandt.com.

The action involves a PB 1-11 Application by Croton Realty & Development Inc. for Preliminary Plat Approval and for Wetland, Steep Slope and Tree Removal Permits for a 26 lot major subdivision (25 building lots and 1 conservation parcel) of a 35.9 acre parcel. The project is located on Croton Avenue, 400 feet north of Furnace Dock Road in Cortlandt Manor, Town of Cortlandt, New York.
