The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application from Kensington Heights Revitalization Corporation for a site known as the Kensington Heights Towers, ID #C915279. This site is located in the City of Buffalo, within the County of Erie, and is located at 1827 Fillmore Avenue. Comments regarding this application must be submitted no later than June 12, 2015. Negative Declaration

Wyoming County - The Village of Warsaw Village Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of a Local Law will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the proposed adoption of a Local Law entitled "Amendment to the Zoning Code of the Village of Warsaw to Add Specific Parcels at Grade to the GB - General Business District and CB - Central Business District and Add §163-69 to Article X of the G-B General Business District. The project is located throughout the Village of Warsaw, New York.
