Negative Declaration

Livingston County - The Town of Avon Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Avon Tech Center - CM&M will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the redevelopment of an existing facility (formally Metalaide) for the headquarters and manufacturing plant or CM&M industries for production of Cementations Products and Engineered Stone. The project is located at 5560-5682 Avon Plaza in the Town of Avon, New York.

Ontario County - The Town of Geneva Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Geneva Water District No. 6 Watermain Replacement Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the replacement of an existing 8 inch ductile iron watermain that is deteriorating. New watermain will be constructed along County Route 6 on the west side of the road. Approximately 9,200 feet of 8 inch PVC SDR-18 watermain will installed along with hydrants, valves and appurtenances. The project is located along County Road 6 from County Road 4 to the municipal line of the Town of Geneva and Town of Phelps, New York.

Steuben County - The Town of Woodhull, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Hamlet of Woodhull Wastewater Collection and Treatment Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a new sequencing batch reactor wastewater treatment plant on Town owned land at West Washington Street in the hamlet of Woodhull and the construction of a new wastewater collection system throughout the Hamlet of Woodhull. Treated effluent will discharged at / or near the confluence of Tuscarora Creek and South Tuscarora Creek. The project is located at various locations in the Town of Woodhull, New York.
