Public Notice

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application from Ellicott Station, LLC for a site known as Ellicott Station, site ID #C819021. This site is located in the City of Batavia, within the County of Genesee, and is located at 40-52 Ellicott Street. Comments regarding this application must be submitted no later than May 8, 2015. Negative Declaration

Monroe County - The Henrietta Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Summit Student Housing will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of residential buildings and a community clubhouse with associated appurtenances for an upscale student housing facility on approximately 58 acres of land. The project is located on the east side of East River Road and south of Fairwood Drive in the Town of Henrietta,
New York.
