Negative Declaration

Ulster County - The Town of Shawangunk, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Amendment of the Town Zoning law will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the amendment of the existing zoning law to clarify the SEQRA requirements for applications within the Critical Environmental Areas of the Town and to establish "motor vehicle Sales" as a specially permitted use in the SB (Small Scale Business) Zoning District. The project is located throughout the Town of Shawangunk, New York.

Positive Declaration

Rockland County - The Town of Ramapo Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Pascack Ridge (Monsey Lumber Co. and 171 North Pascack Road Corp.) Comprehensive Plan and Rezoning Petitions may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves petitions by Monsey Lumber Co. and 171 North Pascack Road Corp. to amend the Town's Comprehensive Plan and to rezone properties from the R-15 Residential District to the MR-12 Multifamilty District. The project is bounded by Ewing Avenue, Spring Brook Road and Pasack Road in the Town of Ramapo, New York.
