Negative Declaration

Cortland County - The Town of Homer, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Lincoln Monument Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the installation of bronze art in the entranceway of the historic Town of Homer Town Hall to recognize 3 former residents who were closely associated with Abraham Lincoln. The project is located at 31 North Main Street in the Town of Homer, New York.

Tompkins County - The Tompkins County Legislature, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of the 2015 Tompkins County Comprehensive Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of the 2015 Tompkins County Comprehensive Plan. The Comprehensive Plan was originally adopted in 2004 and was amended in 2008 to add the Energy and Greenhouse Gas Emissions element. Major changes in the 2015 Plan to include the addition of two overarching principles: Sustainability and Fiscal Responsibility; the addition of two new elements: Climate Adaptation and Healthy Communities. In addition, all the elements of the plan were updated and revised. The project is located throughout Tompkins County, New York.
