The action involves the application of Bacillus thuringiensis var. isrealensi (Bti) and Bacillus sphaericus 2362 (Bs) to standing water and freshwater wetlands to control mosquito larvae. Applications will be made by ground, primarily hand broadcast only as needed, determined by monitoring for larval populations.
