Negative Declaration

Erie County - The Town of Aurora, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Water District #18 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of Water District #18 in 2004 and completed the project in 2008. The project included storage, transmission and distribution facilities to serve approximately 750 residences in the Town. The project included 165,000 ± linear feet of watermain, a water storage tank and two pump stations. The Town is now refinancing the Rural Development bonds with the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation and is required to publish their project as it is was constructed as an unlisted action. The project is located in South Central Aurora, New York.

Niagara County - The Cambria Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Comprehensive Plan Adoption will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a complete update to the Town of Cambria Comprehensive Plan. The project is located throughout the Town of Cambria, New York.
