Project Title: DMK Development (Tractor Supply - North Elba)

Location: Town of North Elba, New York.

Project Description: The action involves construction of a 19,000 ± square foot commercial retail building (Tractor Supply) with a 15,000 ± square foot outside fenced display area, and approximately 6,000 square feet of sidewalk display areas. A parking area for 68 vehicles is proposed on the south (front) and east side of the building, with a new access driveway off of NYS Route 86 proposed on the east side of the property. One 5 foot 2 inch by 1 foot 11 inch sign hung on a 9 foot 8 inch tall wood frame is proposed at the driveway entrance and one 4 foot 3 inch by 9 foot 3 inch ± sign is proposed on the building. Exterior lighting, landscaping, stormwater infrastructure and an on-site wastewater treatment system are also proposed and under review.

Project Title: Bruce and Starr Baker Mowery, Sr.

Location: Coolidge Hill Road in the Town of Bolton, New York.

Project Description: The action involves a subdivision of 30.3 acres containing wetlands into seven lots and construction of six single family dwellings.


Negative Declaration

Saratoga County - The Saratoga Springs Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed City Center Parking Garage will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction and operation of a new parking structure adjacent to and connecting to the existing Saratoga Springs City Center. Parking for 501 ± cars is anticipated (188 ± surface parking of vehicles exists). The parking structure will be on lands leased from the City of Saratoga Springs. The Action anticipates that the leased area will include a subdivided parcel that will be for the structure (approximately .77 acres) will remain for surface parking. In addition, .70 ± acres of existing parking area on Maple Avenue will be resurfaced. All lands will remained as owned by the City of Saratoga Springs (2.62 ± acres total area). The project is located on lands currently used for surface parking located between Maple Avenue, York Street, and High Rock Avenue in the City of Saratoga Springs, New York.

Saratoga County - The Saratoga Springs Zoning Board of Appeal, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Guarino/Haner Two-Family (2) Residential Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of two-family (2) residences and one detached garage on one residential lot and associated site work. Area variances and site plan review are required. The project site is adjacent to a National Register District. The project is located at 21 Park Place, in the City of Saratoga Springs, New York.
