Negative Declaration

Warren County - The Town of Queensbury Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed MDR to RR-3A Zoning District Change will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a change of zoning district designation for 14 parcels (79.79 ± acres) from Moderate Density Residential (MDR) to Rural Residential 3 Acre (RR-3A). The project is located on the on the east side of Rockwell Road in the Town of Queensbury, New York.

Warren County - The Town of Queensbury Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Changes to Chapter 179, Articles 2, 3 and 7 of the Code of the Town of Queensbury will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of Zoning amendments as follows:

  • Article 2 - Add a definition of the word "story".
  • Article 3: Amend dimensional requirements and permitted uses in the Main Street zoning district.
  • Article 7: Amend administrative language for all design standards an amend specific design standards language pertaining to the Main Street zoning district.

The project is located throughout the Town of Queensbury, New York.
