Cayuga County - The Village of Union Springs, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of a New Village of Union Springs Zoning Law will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of a new Village of Zoning Law in accordance with the adopted Village of Union Springs Comprehensive Plan. The new Village Law will replace in its entirety the existing Village Zoning Law. The project is located throughout the Village of Union Springs, New York.

Onondaga County - The Village of Baldwinsville Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Baldwinsville Apartments will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the redevelopment of the former Tri-County Mall site by constructing and operating seventeen (17) apartment buildings, each with twenty-six (26) units, together with a shared clubhouse/pool, and a proposed restaurant with drive-thru and outdoor seating. The project is located at Downer Street and Meigs Road in the Village of Baldwinsville, New York.
