Negative Declaration

Broome County - The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Fern Gully II Mine will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposal to mine consolidated bluestone from a new 19.96 acre life-of-mine on a 43.14 acre parcel owned by Burnett Stone Inc including typical mining procedures with occasional blasting and processing. Reclaim the affected area back to vegetated wildlife habitat and forested land. The project is located at 67 Kent Street in Town of Windsor, New York.

Notice of Acceptance of Final EIS

Onondaga County - The Syracuse Industrial Development Agency, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed COR Inner Harbor Development Project. The action involves a proposal by COR Inner Harbor Company, LLC for a mixed use development of multiple parcels located in the Inner Harbor area of the City of Syracuse through a multi-phased build-out encompassing commercial, educational, and residential facilities. This development will ultimately include approximately 150,000 square feet of satellite community college campus, 120,000 square feet of office space, 200,000 square feet of specialty retail shops and restaurants, 6,000 square feet of community/educational/historical space, a 150 room hotel and conference center/banquet facility, approximately 210 apartments, 130 condominium units and 80 townhouses, together with parking facilities, new streets and related improvements. The project is located in the Inner Harbor area along West Kirkpatrick Street, Solar Street, and Van Rensselaer Street in the City of Syracuse, New York.
