Saratoga County - The Saratoga Springs City Council, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of the Master Plan for the City of Saratoga Springs Waterfront Park will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of the Master Plan for the City of Saratoga Springs Waterfront Park that provides the framework for the multi-phased development of passive and active recreation opportunities on the shore of Saratoga Lake. The project is located at 624 Crescent Avenue in the City of Saratoga Springs, New York.

Washington County - The Easton Town Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Horn Minor Subdivision # 3-13 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the subdivision of an existing lot for the purpose of moving a lot line which will reduce the size of the lot and add land to the adjoining farm tract. No additional lots will be created. The property lies within an Agricultural area of the Town Land Use Plan Map, and is located within Town of Easton Critical Environmental Area - One, and Washington County Agricultural District 3. The project is located on the west side of County Route 74, adjoining Vly Creek, approximately 2.5 miles south of Colonel Baum Road in the Town of Easton, New York.
