ENB - Region 4 Notices 11/6/2013

Negative Declaration

Greene County - The Village of Hunter Board of Trustees, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Village of Hunter Zoning Law Amendment will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the Village of Hunter's adoption of an update to their existing Zoning Law. The major amendments include: addition of select green infrastructure language and tables recommended by the Mt. Top Better Site Design Roundtable, a more comprehensive Definitions section, a Site Plan Review requirement for all commercial uses, new Special Use Permit and Planned Development District regulations, and creation of a new Watershed Recreation District. The Zoning Map was updated to include recently annexed lands, and district boundaries were modified to follow current parcel boundaries. The project is located throughout the Village of Hunter, New York.
