Allegany County - Allegany County, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of an Updated Allegany County Comprehensive Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the Adoption of an update to the Allegany County Comprehensive Plan which was originally adopted in 2008. The stated mission is to foster municipal strengths while encouraging controlled growth, preserving open space and increasing economic opportunities through the utilization of informed land use decision making. The Updated Allegany County Comprehensive Plan provides current data and identifies issues facing the County and formulates forward thinking in line with the mission statement so as to encourage intelligent growth in business, manufacturing, transportation, tourism and agriculture. The project is located throughout Allegany County, New York.

Erie County - The City of Buffalo Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed 250 Delaware Avenue, will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction by Uniland Development Company of a mixed use development that will include Class A offices, retail, and structured parking. The project will entail the demolition of the existing structure at 250 Delaware Avenue but the existing facade will be recreated to a large extent. The project is located at 250 Delaware Avenue in the City of Buffalo, New York.
