Negative Declaration

Cayuga County - The Town of Scipio, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local Law # 2 for the Year 2013 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of Local Law No.2 for the Town of Scipio for the year 2013 to amend the Zoning Law, which the proposed Local Law would regulate heavy industrial uses in the Town. The project is located throughout the Town of Scipio, New York.

Oswego County - The Town of New Haven, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Water Service Area #6 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the installation of approximately 37,000 linear feet of 8 inch diameter water distribution piping, hydrants, valves and water services along road rights-of-way. All main line work will be in the road rights-of-way. The project is located along County Route 1, County Route 6, Mason Road, Potter Road, Patricia Lane, Butterfly Shores Road and a small section of State Route 104B in the Town of New Haven, New York.
