Public Notice

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application from Hudson 59 LLC for a site known as 49-51 Route 59, Nyack, site ID #C344076. This site is located in the Village of Nyack, within the County of Rockland, and is located at 49-51 Route 59. Comments regarding this application must be submitted no later than November 22, 2013. Negative Declaration

Westchester County - The New York State University Construction Fund (SUCF), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Center for Integrated Technology Learning, State University of New York (SUNY) at Purchase will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a 52,747 square foot building and 8,402 square foot entry pavilion on top of the existing podium within the central Purchase campus area. Site improvements will be incorporated around the new buildings, including paving, planting beds, retaining walls and drainage structures. The project is located on the SUNY at Purchase Campus, 735 Anderson Hill Road, in the Town of Harrison, New York.
