The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application and a Site Investigation/Interim Remedial Measure Work Plan (SI/IRM WP) from Hurondel I, Inc. for a site known as 73-79 West Huron Street, site ID #C915282. This site is located in the City of Buffalo, within the County of Erie, and is located at 73-79 West Huron Street. Comments regarding this application and SI/IRM WP must be submitted no later than November 15, 2013. Chautauqua County - The Town of Westfield Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of Local Law No. 5 of 2013 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of a local law to create an overlay district for three cottage park areas in the Residential-Lakeside District. The overlay district anticipates that in the future special regulations may be required for these three areas which are more densely populated than most of the rest of the R-L District and require special regulations more suited for residential areas. The only regulations to be adopted in this local law are for the keeping of farm animals. The project is located in the Town of Westfield, New York.

Niagara County - The Town of Niagara Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls - Mall Building Expansion will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The Board has carefully reviewed the Environmental Assessment Form and subsequent supporting documentation that has been prepared for the proposed action. The proposed improvements will disturb approximately 45 acres. The Mall expansion involves the construction of approximately 230,000 square feet of gross floor area (180,000 gross leasable floor area) for expansion to the existing Fashion Outlets Mall. The expansion will also include new infrastructure associated with the expansion including utilities, parking, and stormwater management facilities. The Proposed Action includes site plan modifications on the Fashion Outlets lands, along with improvements on the adjacent Secure Storage, Elks Lodge and LaSalle Center properties. The project also involves the removal of an existing mobile home park (Sabre Park) for the mall expansion. The project is located at 1900 Military Road in the Town of Niagara, New York.
