Negative Declaration

Chautauqua County - The Town of Westfield Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of Local Law No. 5 of 2013 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of a local law to create an overlay district for three cottage park areas in the Residential-Lakeside District. The overlay district anticipates that in the future special regulations may be required for these three areas which are more densely populated than most of the rest of the R-L District and require special regulations more suited for residential areas. The only regulations to be adopted in this local law are for the keeping of farm animals. The project is located in the Town of Westfield, New York.
