Monroe County - The Marcia Barry, City of Rochester Director of Planning and Zoning, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed 933 University Avenue apartments and veterans clubhouse, will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the redevelopment of a 2.51 acre site consisting of a built-as mansion occupied by a veteran's organization and a 78 space surface parking lot built up to the street. The project includes the demolition of noncontributing additions to the front and rear of the mansion and restoration of the structure; and construction of a 3 and 4 story, 115,200 square foot, 99 unit apartment building with 132 interior vehicle parking spaces and a 25 space surface parking lot. The project includes tree removals, new landscaping, on-site drainage, curb cut modifications, and site lighting internal to the parking lot. The project is located at 933 University Avenue in the City of Rochester, New York.

Ontario County - The Town of Canandaigua Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Kesel Development, LLC - Canandaigua Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep, will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action includes a two lot subdivision of a 62 acre parcel into a 15 ± acre parcel (Lot 1) and a 47 ± acre parcel (Lot 2) at the northeast corner of State Route 332 and Yerkes Road in the Town of Canandaigua, New York. This action also includes the construction of a new auto dealership (Canandaigua Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep) on proposed Lot 2 with related site improvements including customer and employee parking areas, a sales lot, utility infrastructure, stormwater management, landscaping and lighting.

Ontario County - The Town of Farmington Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town Hall Low Pressure Sewer Expansion Project, will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action includes the construction of approximately 7,000 lineal feet of 2.5 inch Forcemain along Collett Road extending from Hook Road to County Road 8. The forcemain will serve the Town of Farmington Town Hall on County Road 8, the Town Park on County Road 8, and the old Highway Garage on Collett Road. The project is located on County Road 8 and Collett Road, Town of Farmington, New York.
