Negative Declaration

Monroe County - The Town of Penfield, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Parkview Drive / White Village Drive Area Sewer Project (Extension 56 - Penfield Consolidated Sanitary Sewer District) will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a public Sanitary Sewers to serve 175 existing homes and 5 vacant parcels within the Parkview Drive / White Village Drive area. The project includes construction of approximately 15,600 linear feet of gravity sewer and service laterals to each property, one submersible sewer lift station and approximately 1,350 linear feet of sewer forcemain. The project will connect to the Monroe County Pure Waters Interceptor Sewer west of Old Browncroft Boulevard. The project is located in the Parkview Drive and White Village Drive Area of the Town of Penfield, New York.

Monroe County - The Town of Penfield Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Panorama Hotel will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the development of a proposed 6 story hotel with approximately 70 to 75 rooms and standard amenities on a 3.2 acres ± parcel. The proposed hotel will redevelop the site of an abandoned mini-golf course. The project is located at 95 Panorama Trail South in the Town of Penfield, New York.

Conditioned Negative Declaration

Monroe County - The Village of Webster, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Village Path Townhomes will not have a significant adverse environmental impact provided specific conditions are met. There will be a 30 day public comment period commencing with the date of this notice.

The action involves a 38 unit residential townhouse project on a private drive. The project is located on Lyon Drive between Baker Street and Kircher Park in the Village of Webster, New York.

The conditions are:

1. Mitigation of visual impacts.
2. Reduction of massing of buildings.
3. Reduction of density.
