Negative Declaration

Erie County - The Town of Lancaster Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local Law clarifying the Town of Lancaster's Neighborhood Business District will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves an amendment to the Town of Lancaster's Zoning Code to clarify permitted uses in the Neighborhood Business District. Specifically, the Amendment adds attached dwelling units as permitted and regulated in the Multifamily Residential District 3 (MFR-3) 10 the Permitted Uses; Principle Structures and Uses section. The project is located throughout the Town of Lancaster, New York.

Erie County - The Town of Lancaster Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Pleasant Meadows Apartments will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the development of approximately 205 rental apartments on a 36 acre portion of land. The apartments include two different styles with one style having 2 story units and the other being single story ranch units. They are positioned through the development to provide clustered areas of each unit type. Additional project amenities include a clubhouse, pool, dog park, individual refuse totes and a pedestrian trail system that connects the various aspects of the project both internally and to Juniper Boulevard. Each of the units will also have private garages with overflow parking provided throughout the site for visitors. The site has been designated to provide multiple points of access for emergency vehicles with appropriately sized turnarounds at the few dead end streets. The project is located on the east side of Juniper Boulevard, approximately 1,000 feet north of Walden Avenue in the Town of Lancaster, New York.

Niagara County - The Town of Wilson, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town and Village of Wilson Comprehensive Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of a Comprehensive Plan that provides a vision for managing future growth and development in the Town and Village of Wilson, and for protecting the rural agricultural character of the community. The project is located throughout the Town of Wilson, New York.
