Greene County - The Town of Catskill, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Hamlet of Leeds and Jefferson Heights Sewer Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the formation of a new sewer district in the hamlets of Leeds and Jefferson Heights, construction of a new sewer collection system including pump stations and appurtenances, connection of the new collection system to the existing collection system in the vicinity of the Village of Catskill, and minor upgrades to a Village-owned sewage pump station and the addition of a screen at the Village of Catskill wastewater treatment plant. The project is located on Route 23B and side streets in the Hamlet of Leeds and Hamlet of Jefferson Heights in the Town of Catskill, New York.

Otsego County - The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Earl Road Gravel Mine will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposal by the applicant to modify an existing permitted mine from 8.9 acres by adding 9.65 acres to the life of mine for a total Life of Mine (LOM) of 18.55 acres to be affected during this permit term (5 years). The mining operation will include on-site crushing and screening of material. The project is located on Earl Road, approximately 500 feet from the northern intersection of State Route 7 and Earl Road in the Town of Unadilla, New York.
