Project Description:

The applicant proposes disturbance to 0.3 acre of northern cricket frog habitat for construction of a single family home to be connected to municipal sewer and water. The habitat this NYS-endangered species is upland area potentially used by northern cricket frog during the mitigation and hibernation seasons. Exclusionary fencing during construction and time restrictions are proposed to minimize impacts. In addition, an area of 0.32 acre along the eastern boundary of the parcel has been encumbered with a deed restriction precluding future clearing or development.
