Project Description:

The new owner proposes to continue the operation of the existing sanitary system comprised of a 1000 gallon septic tank, sand filter and catch basin with a discharge of 475 gallons per day of treated sanitary wastewater to an un-named tributary of Honeoye Creek, (ONT -117-27-3A), a Class C waterbody, at the applicant's home located at 105 Biondo Court in the Town of Rush, Monroe County.

The Department has made a tentative determination to reinstate the permit for a State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit under Article 17 of the Environmental Conservation Law. This tentative determination indicates that the discharge regulated under this statute is considered to satisfy regulatory standards for permit issuance.

As a tentative determination, the Department seeks comments on the proposed regulated activity prior to making a final decision on permit issuance.
