Project Description:

The applicant proposes to slope, reshape and armor approximately 193 linear feet of Owasco Lake shoreline with 18 to 24 inch diameter angular limestone for erosion protection and control. The proposed rip-rap would start at the sailboat launch area at Emerson County Park and proceed northeast along the Owasco Lake shoreline.

Applicant proposes to perform repairs to a storm-damaged natural gas pipeline crossing at class A Six Mile Creek in the Town of Dryden. Repairs consist of lowering the exposed pipeline approximately five feet further below grade. The work will affect approximately 12,600 square feet of stream channel approximately 1,900 feet southwest of Slaterville Road and 1,500 feet west of German Cross Rd.
