Negative Declaration

Cattaraugus County - The Town of Randolph, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Randolph Water System Improvements Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the improvements to the Town of Randolph's water system including development of new wells, decommissioning of springs, water main replacement, water tank replacement, installation of telemetry, water meters and related appurtenances. The project is located in the Town of Randolph, New York.

Genesee County - The Village of Alexander Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local Law Amending Zoning Law will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the amendment of the 2003 Zoning law to add Motor Vehicle Repair and/or Sales on a lot with an existing commercial building as a permitted use in a R-2 District. The project is located Village of Alexander, New York.

Wyoming County - The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Wyco Construction Inc.- Wyco Gravel Pit will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the addition of a wash plant, a source pond, a sediment pond and relocation of the access road approximately 100 feet to the north of its existing location. All of these modifications will be within the existing life of mine area. The action also includes renewal of the permit for a 5 year term. The project is located on the west side of Sheppard Road, 1,570 feet north of County Route 37 (Hillside Road) in the Town of Eagle, New York.
