Saratoga County - The Halfmoon Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Halfmoon Healthcare and Assisted Living/Memory Care Planned Development District will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a new Planned Development District (PDD), known as the "Halfmoon Healthcare and Assisted Living/Memory Care PDD", from lands previously approved within another PDD, known as the "Halfmoon Healthcare and Bio Medical Research Campus PDD". The proposed use of Lot 7 will allow for the development of a 104,850 square foot Assisted Living/Memory Care Facility. The use of the remaining two lots within the new PDD will be consistent with the use approved in the prior PDD (medical office buildings). The elimination of Lots 5, 6 and 7 from the original PDD will require modification within Local Law with respect to the overall density allowed on the remaining lands of the PDD. The facility will be supplied with municipal water and sewer, and stormwater management will be provided on site. The project is located on the south side of NYS Route 146, approximately 1 mile west of the Route 146/NYS Route 9 Intersection in the Town of Halfmoon, New York.
