Negative Declaration

Saratoga County - The Town of Milton Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Milton Comprehensive Plan Revision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of revisions and amendments to the Town of Milton's Comprehensive Plan. The Adopted 2001 master plan recommended that a committee be appointed to review and revise the plan after a period of 5 to 10 years had passed. Consistent with that recommendation, the Town Board appointed a Comprehensive Plan Review Committee in June 2012. The proposed revisions are the result of that Committee's work. The project is located throughout the Town of Milton, New York.
