The applicant proposes improvements and structural repairs to the existing Vernay Lake Dam and associated concrete flume resulting in disturbance to state freshwater wetland O-3 and wetland adjacent area. Work includes installation of rip rap protection at the end of the concrete flume, tree removal on the earthen embankment of the dam and repair of seepage areas along the dam.
