Cattaraugus County - The Village of Gowanda, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Zoar Valley Gateway Park will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the remediated former Peter Cooper Superfund Site will be developed into a recreational park with softball and soccer fields, a basketball court, an ice skating rink, numerous planted trees, trails, parking, concessions stand, gazebo, and playground. The project is located at 138 Palmer Street in the Village of Gowanda, New York.

Erie County - The Town Board of the Town of Cheektowaga, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Walmart Supercenter will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the demolition of (4) existing retail buildings totaling 188,150 square foot in building area and the construction of a single story 183,684 square foot retail building for a Walmart Supercenter. The project is located at 2480 and 2490-2550 Walden Avenue in the Town of Cheektowaga, New York, .
